A mini-exhibition by The English Club about what was happening in other parts of the World during the Battle of Magenta.
During the celebrations of the Battle of Magenta in 2015 The English Club Association created a mobile exhibition which was moved to various locations in Magenta.
The exhibition was designed in collaboration with the local authorities and is dedicated to events which took place in English speaking countries in 1859 while the famous Battle was being fought.
For example: Did you know that Big Ben in London is the bell (not the tower!) and it rung for the first time in 1859?
